QA Associate Pharmacy

Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung (QA) unter Einhaltung der geltenden EU\-Richtlinien zur Guten Herstellungspraxis (GMP) und Guten Vertriebspraxis (GDP).

* Selbstständige Betreuung definierter Verantwortungsbereiche sowie Sicherstellung der dafür erforderlichen Fachkompetenzen.

* Übernahme der Funktion als Training Coordinator innerhalb eines elektronischen Qualitätsmanagementsystems (eQMS).

* Erstellung und Pflege von KPIs und Excel\-Übersichten, insbesondere zu Change Controls und CAPAs, sowie Nachverfolgung offener und überfälliger Massnahmen.

* Organisation und Koordination von Change\-Control\-Meetings inklusive Vorbereitung der Traktanden und Protokollführung.

* Verantwortung für die Dokumentenarchivierung sowie die Pflege der entsprechenden Archivverzeichnisse.

* Unterstützung bei der Lieferfreigabe und Überprüfung von Chargendokumentationen.

* Verwaltung und Ablage von Qualitätsvereinbarungen (Quality Agreements).

* Administrative Unterstützung bei Qualitätssicherungsprozessen, beispielsweise bei Lieferanten\- und Laborbewertungen.

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Qualitätsdokumenten wie Richtlinien, SOPs und Arbeitsanweisungen.

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Laborbereich, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse der GxP\-Vorgaben und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Freude an administrativen und koordinativen Aufgaben im QA\-Bereich
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit Organisationstalent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
