What is The Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) functionalities to bridge the gap between our business and IT development teams. In this role, you'll be key in gathering requirements and ensuring clear communication, leveraging your technical knowledge of CPQ and Salesforce. If you succeed at asking the right questions and fostering collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to inform the development process. Analyze existing CPQ workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement. Translate these requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT teams and facilitate sessions to validate the requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business and IT development teams. Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to gather input on CPQ functionalities, and consolidate feedback into actionable insights. Build proficient relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned.
  • Identify and document any system defects or issues to facilitate resolution. Collaborate with IT teams to validate solutions after testing is completed. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • CPQ certification deemed relevant
  • 5+ years with business systems analysis
  • 3+ years with CPQ tools and functionalities
  • 2+ years with Salesforce platform
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting requirements
  • Proficiency in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionalities
  • Experience with business process modeling tools
  • Knowledge with user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management tools for stakeholder coordination
  • Experience with documenting workflows for software systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Knowledge with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to use collaboration tools for effective communication
  • Successfully led multiple CPQ implementation projects
  • Improved CPQ workflow efficiency by over 20% through process analysis
  • Successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Identified and resolved critical system defects, enhancing overall system performance
  • Developed comprehensive technical documentation for CPQ functionalities adopted by the organization
