  • Lead the design and implementation of APIs that power dynamic web experiences
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, testing processes, and code review practices
  • Champion backend performance optimizations, monitoring, and observability practices
  • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability across all backend web services
  • Lead the implementation of frontend performance optimizations and best practices
  • Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility across all web experiences
  • Contribute to technical planning, prioritize technical initiatives, and support project delivery
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver cohesive user experiences
  • Partner with SRE and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration practices in a distributed-first environment

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in front and backend web development, with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks and scalable web applications and APIs
  • 3+ years of experience as a senior technical contributor or technical lead in collaborative environments
  • Deep expertise in NextJS, React, and TypeScript
  • Deep experience with content management systems, headless CMS architectures, and content delivery workflows
  • Strong understanding of frontend testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
  • Experience with frontend accessibility standards and implementation
  • Practical experience managing cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Knowledge of search technologies and experience with data indexing and retrieval systems
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and metrics
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between design and development teams
  • Excellent remote communication skills and experience working with distributed teams

Bonus Points

  • Experience with micro-frontend architectures
  • Experience with Elasticsearch or other search/analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of content delivery networks (CDNs) and edge computing
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and message queuing systems
  • Knowledge of marketing technology integrations (CRM, analytics, form processors)
  • Experience with automated testing strategies for backend systems and data pipelines

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
