Deine Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung von Serviceprojekten in Deutschland und Europa: Von der Angebotserstellung über die Arbeitsausführung auf der Baustelle bis hin zur Nachbereitung und Veranlassung der Rechnungsstellung im Büro
  • Planung und Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen auf der Baustelle, beispielsweise zur Bearbeitung und Behebung von Störungen und Kundenreklamationen oder zur Ausführung von Aus- und Umbaumaßnahmen - teilweise alleine oder im Team
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen wie Projektierung, Vertrieb, Fertigung und Montage
  • Übernahme von Supervisor-Tätigkeiten auf Kundenbaustellen und Beaufsichtigung von Fremdfirmen bei der Montage von ELATEC-Schaltanlagen
  • Eigenständige Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Produktverbesserung unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenfeedbacks

Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen und unserer Unterstützung hältst du dich zu den neuesten Branchentrends auf dem Laufenden und entwickelst dich weiter.

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor/Master im Bereich Elektro- oder Energietechnik, Meister oder Techniker der Elektrotechnik
  • Mind. 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, gerne im Elektroanlagen- oder Schaltanlagenbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmitteln und solides Knowhow der relevanten Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien
  • Verantwortungsvolle, selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
  • Kontaktfreudigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Kl. B. und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
