Våren 2027 öppnar vi vår tredje butik – Elbutik Arninge! Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter i rollen Ledarskap & personal: Rekrytera, utbilda, coacha, motivera och utveckla medarbetare; säkerställa starka team och hög personalprestation. Försäljning & resultat: Driva försäljning, sätta och nå försäljningsmål, följa upp nyckeltal (KPI:er) och maximera butikens potential. Drift & ekonomi: Ansvara för budget, kostnadskontroll, lagerhantering (exponering, tillgänglighet), kassahantering och övergripande daglig drift. Kundfokus: Säkerställa bästa möjliga kundupplevelse och kundnöjdhet. Butiksmiljö: Ansvara för butikens layout, kampanjer och att produkterna presenteras attraktivt.

Vi söker dig som har: Goda kunskaper inom el & belysning. Tidigare arbetserfarenhet som Varuhuschef/butikschef/ställföreträdande varuhuschef i retail. Tidigare personalansvar. Tidigare resultat- & budgetansvar. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.

Följande egenskaper är meriterande som varuhuschef: Arbetserfarenhet som elektriker. El utbildningar. Erfarenhet inom privat & företagsförsäljning.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är Starkt ledarskap och kommunikation. Affärsförståelse och ekonomisk kompetens. Resultatfokus och analytisk förmåga. Serviceinriktad med fokus på kundupplevelsen. Organisationsförmåga och proaktivitet.
