Chef(fe) de cuisine itinérant(e) à 100%

Votre mission :

En tant que Chef(fe) de Cuisine Itinérant(e), vous accompagnez et soutenez les responsables de restaurant ainsi que les équipes de cuisine au sein des établissements du pôle santé. Véritable référent opérationnel, vous participez activement aux projets de développement et de croissance du secteur.

Vous assurez la gestion, la coordination et l’optimisation des activités de cuisine dans différents établissements en Suisse romande. À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Accompagner et encadrer les équipes de cuisine.
  • Garantir l’application des standards de qualité et des procédures Eldora.
  • Participer à l’élaboration des menus et au développement de l’offre culinaire.
  • Assurer la maîtrise des coûts d’exploitation et le suivi budgétaire.
  • Veiller à la satisfaction des clients et des résidents.
  • Garantir le respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et des bonnes pratiques professionnelles.
  • Former et développer les compétences des collaborateurs.
  • Apporter un soutien opérationnel lors de remplacements, ouvertures ou situations particulières.

Grâce à votre mobilité, vous intervenez au sein des différents restaurants du pôle santé et contribuez à maintenir un niveau de prestation élevé tout en développant des relations de confiance avec nos clients.

Votre profil :

* CFC de cuisinier ou formation équivalente. * Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans en qualité de Chef de Cuisine ou 8 ans en tant que Second de Cuisine. * Une expérience dans le domaine de la santé et de la cuisine à textures modifiées constitue un réel atout. * Excellentes compétences en gestion opérationnelle, administrative et financière d’un restaurant. * Maîtrise des coûts, des budgets et des outils de gestion. * Personnalité autonome, organisée, flexible et orientée solutions. * Forte capacité d’adaptation et sens du service. * Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en Suisse romande. * Résidence idéalement située dans la région lausannoise ou sur La Côte.
