About the role We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and motivated Financial Operations Executive with prior experience in finance or financial operations. This is a key role that demands strong focus and accuracy in a fast-growing environment, supporting our Australian operations from our Tbilisi office.

What you’ll be doing

  • Accurately process and allocate incoming payments within our core platform
  • Track daily financial activity to guarantee precise ledger posting
  • Perform routine reconciliations between internal software records and bank statements
  • Ensure all financial operational flows are fully aligned prior to closing each pay cycle
  • Investigate, log, and resolve discrepancies across system records and bank ledgers
  • Maintain high accuracy while managing a steady queue of financial records
  • Generate client statements and oversee ongoing account balances
  • Suggest improvements to our processes to help handle higher future volumes
