The posting

Als HR-verantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige HR-beleid van A tot Z binnen onze groep van drie bedrijven met een 50-tal medewerkers. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerder en werkt voornamelijk vanuit Waregem, met verplaatsingen naar onze vestigingen in Ieper.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Volledige personeelsadministratie, van aanwerving tot uitdiensttreding.
  • Coördinatie van de loonverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Rekrutering, selectie, onboarding en opvolging van medewerkers.
  • Opvolging van sociale wetgeving, afwezigheden, opleidingen en personeelsdossiers.
  • Organisatie en opvolging van preventie, welzijn en veiligheid op het werk.
  • Coördinatie en opvolging van de VCA-certificatie, inclusief procedures, documentatie, audits en actiepunten.
  • Samenwerking met de externe preventiedienst en opvolging van risicoanalyses en preventiemaatregelen.

Je krijgt een brede en zelfstandige functie waarin je zowel HR als preventie en veiligheid mee vormgeeft binnen de groep.

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, zelfstandig werkt en zich thuis voelt in een brede functie waarin HR, preventie en veiligheid samenkomen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in HR en bent vertrouwd met de belangrijkste HR-processen. Ervaring in een brede, generalistische HR-functie is een sterke troef.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig het volledige HR-gebeuren van meerdere bedrijven opvolgen.
  • Je hebt interesse in preventie, welzijn op het werk en veiligheid, of hebt hierin al ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je bent bereid om de opleiding tot Preventieadviseur niveau 3 te volgen. Heb je dit attest al behaald, dan is dat een grote plus.
  • Ervaring met VCA, veiligheidsprocedures of certificatie is een meerwaarde.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor zowel mensen als administratie.
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en durft zaken zelfstandig vast te pakken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Je hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid om vanuit onze verschillende vestigingen in Ieper te werken, naast je hoofdwerkplaats in Waregem.

Ervaring is een must, maar het aantal jaren is niet doorslaggevend. We zoeken vooral iemand met een goede basis, de juiste ingesteldheid en de motivatie om deze brede verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Je hoeft dus zeker geen tien jaar ervaring te hebben.
