JOUW FUNCTIE

Als hulpelektricien werk je samen met ervaren collega's aan de opbouw en installatie van diverse elektrische installaties. Je krijgt de kans om het vak in de praktijk te leren, stap voor stap meer technische kennis op te bouwen en steeds zelfstandiger te werken.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je werkt op werven in voornamelijk Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
  • Samen met je collega's help je bij de uitvoering van elektrische installaties.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het trekken van kabels, plaatsen van leidingen en kabelgoten, monteren van schakelmateriaal en aansluiten van verlichting en laadpalen.
  • Je volgt de instructies van de werfleider en leert van zijn ervaring en die van je collega's.
  • Je leert technische plannen en werfinstructies begrijpen en toepassen.
  • Je helpt ervoor te zorgen dat de werf netjes, georganiseerd en veilig blijft.
  • Naarmate je ervaring groeit, krijg je de kans om meer taken zelfstandig uit te voeren.

WELK TALENT ZOEKEN WE

Je hoeft nog geen ervaren elektricien te zijn. Je motivatie, leergierigheid en zin om de handen uit de mouwen te steken zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Je hebt een opleiding elektrotechnieken gevolgd of al een eerste ervaring in de sector. Je bent geïnteresseerd in techniek en wil graag bijleren. Je werkt graag praktisch en steekt met plezier de handen uit de mouwen. Je luistert naar instructies, stelt vragen wanneer nodig en staat open voor feedback. Je werkt nauwkeurig en draagt zorg voor materiaal en gereedschap. Je vindt orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werf belangrijk. Je werkt graag samen met collega's en bent gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
