  • Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans
  • Deliver new features and enhancements with a focus on security, performance, and reliability
  • Integrate ecommerce platforms with SAP ERP, payment gateways, CRM systems, and other third‑party services
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards, best practices, and quality guidelines
  • Mentor and guide development teams, supporting skill development and consistent delivery standards
  • Collaborate with architects and peers to define implementation processes, quality gates, and development standards
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and backend software development using Java
  • Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris), including architecture, data models, and core modules
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architectures
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and enterprise development best practices
  • Proven ability to lead development teams and coordinate across IT and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and experience operating in high‑pressure, production‑support environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or similar environments
  • Exposure to front‑end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Node.js
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
  • SAP Commerce Cloud certification

Benefits include:

  • Flexible work hours/hybrid work environment
  • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance
  • Competitive holiday and vacation time off program
  • Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)) with relevant company contribution.
  • Discounted products and an EAP upon hire and tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
