The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Quality Control Lead Technician to oversee inspection and testing activities while leading a team of technicians. This role combines hands-on quality expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor quality control technicians.
  • Support training and performance development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Testing & Inspection

  • Oversee inspections and electrical testing activities.
  • Lead functional testing using advanced equipment.
  • Investigate quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions.

Quality Systems

  • Manage inspection and test documentation.
  • Monitor equipment calibration schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of quality control, inspection, or testing experience.
  • 1+ year of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • CQI or CQT certification preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
