Deine Aufgaben Du

  • koordinierst Layoutaufträge aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und stellst eine effiziente Auftragsabwicklung mit internen und externen Partnern sicher.
  • gestaltest und produzierst selbstständig Print\- und Non\-Print\-Produkte, Fachpublikationen und Normenprodukte mit Schwerpunkt auf Layout, Bildbearbeitung sowie technischen Grafiken und Illustrationen.
  • übernimmst Teilprojektleitungsaufgaben im Printbereich, organisierst Druckaufträge und begleitest Publikationen von der Idee bis zur Produktion.
  • bewirtschaftest die NIN Online\-Plattform, pflegst Inhalte, erstellst Nutzer\-, Support\- und Onboarding\-Dokumentationen und verfasst Informationstexte.
  • betreust unsere Publishing\-Systeme als Power User und unterstützt die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Werkzeugen und Workflows.
  • strukturierst Inhalte so, dass sie für Printpublikationen und digitale Angebote mehrfach verwendet werden können.
  • verbesserst gemeinsam mit Fachverantwortlichen die Darstellung und Benutzerführung unserer digitalen Wissensprodukte.

Dein Profil Du

  • verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polygraf/in EFZ, Mediamatiker/in EFZ, Grafiker/in EFZ oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Idealerweise bringst du eine Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich mit.
  • bringst Erfahrung in Layout, Medienproduktion und Bildbearbeitung mit und arbeitest idealerweise sicher mit Adobe InDesign, Photoshop und Illustrator.
  • hast Freude an technischen Inhalten und kannst komplexe Informationen verständlich und ansprechend visualisieren.
  • arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und exakt und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
  • überzeugst durch Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit und entwickelst Arbeitsabläufe gerne gemeinsam mit anderen weiter.
  • bringst Erfahrung mit digitalen Publikationsprozessen und strukturiertem Content mit, beispielsweise mit XML oder Content\-Management\-Systemen.
  • hast ein gutes Verständnis für die benutzerfreundliche Gestaltung digitaler Inhalte; Kenntnisse in UX/UI und der Erstellung einfacher Prototypen sind von Vorteil.
