The posting
🏢 Department: Sales Development 👥 Team: Head of Sales Development & Lead Generation department 📍 Location: Remote ⏳ Employment Type: Full-time
Who we are?
Eleken is a product design partner for SaaS companies. We work on a subscription-based model, giving clients a fast, stable, experienced UI/UX design team that integrates into their workflow.
Who we're looking for?
Someone who can both find the right companies — reading the signals that tell you a SaaS product needs design help right now.
And reaching out to leads, starting a conversation, discovering the pain points and asking the one question that makes them tell you what's actually broken. By the time you hand a lead to a Business Development Manager, you should know what hurts and how UI/UX design could help them resolve the pain.
You'll work alongside Kateryna Kruhlova and a team of experienced lead generation specialists, inside a department that already has defined ICPs, clear KPIs and a transparent pipeline.
What you'll do:
Finding the right companies
— Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Claude and other AI tools, job boards and company websites — Read the signals that a company needs design help: hiring for design roles, a recent raise, a rebrand, a product launch, a framework migration — Qualify against our ICP before anyone spends time on a call
Starting and holding the conversation
— Write first messages on LinkedIn and email that read like a person wrote them — Keep the conversation going after the first reply — ask the questions that surface what's actually wrong with their product or their design process — Work out who you're really talking to, and whether that person can decide anything — Handle the usual objections in writing — "we have an in-house designer", "not right now", "just send me your rates" — without pushing for a call too early — Book discovery calls for Business Development Managers, and hand them a lead with context: what hurts, who decides, what they've already tried
Required skills:
— 1+ year of hands-on B2B lead generation experience, preferably in IT, product design or SaaS — Experience taking a lead from the first reply through to a booked call
— Comfortable asking diagnostic questions in writing, and patient enough to let a conversation run over several exchanges — Strong understanding of ICP and the lead qualification process — Able to recognise when a lead isn't a fit and say so, rather than booking a call to hit a number — Ability to write creative, personalised, compelling outreach for both LinkedIn and email — Strong written English (B2+) — Experience working to KPIs and improving messaging performance on the evidence — Solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar — You use AI for research, personalisation and speed — not to write the message for you.
Would be a plus
— Hands-on experience with automation tools (Closely, Clay, Lusha, Sendspark) — A well-developed LinkedIn profile, or experience building and growing one
What you can expect:
— Mature processes: defined ICPs, clear KPIs, an organised workflow and a transparent bonus system — Real autonomy: your hypotheses, your messaging style and your judgement on who's worth pursuing all matter — A supportive team: direct communication, realistic expectations, fast feedback — Professional growth: access to analytics, room to experiment, a data-driven approach — Where this leads: our Account Managers and Business Development Managers came up through this team. If you eventually want to own conversations end to end, this is the route.
For you:
💸 Salary: discussed individually and depends on your experience and skills ⏰ Flexible working hours 🏝️ Paid vacation and sick leave 💯 Fully remote 💼 Co-working space compensation ✍️ Accounting support 🛍️ Employee referral bonus 🎓 Internal educational activities 📚 Reading club and corporate library
Interview stages:
➡️ Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist ➡️ Test task — a short written exercise: you'll get a real prospect replies and write the next messages, then explain why you wrote it that way ➡️ Interview with Head of Sales Development — a deeper conversation about your experience ➡️ Offer
