Intern, OTC Service Operations

What You’ll Do At Elekta

As part of the Order to Cash (OTC) function within Elekta Business Services, you will support daily OTC Service Operations activities, including contract administration, customer data maintenance and invoicing processes.

You will perform data validation, data quality checks and operational reporting, while supporting month-end activities, process documentation and knowledge management. You will also contribute to process improvement, automation and cross-functional collaboration initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end invoicing activities, including service contracts, maintenance, projects, training, spare parts, credit notes and billing adjustments.
  • Perform data validation and data quality checks to ensure the accuracy of customer, contract and billing information.
  • Support contract administration and master data maintenance.
  • Assist with operational reporting and month-end activities.
  • Participate in process improvement, automation and documentation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Service Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Process invoices and maintain contract, customer and billing data within assigned responsibilities.
  • Identify and escalate operational, billing and data quality issues.
  • Recommend process improvements and efficiencies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ongoing or completed university studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and financial operations.
  • Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Customer focus and accountability.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Learning agility, adaptability, time management and organizational skills.
