(Junior) Projektleiter:in Elektro (alle)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Koordination des Projektteams.
  • Leitung von Stark\- und Schwachstromprojekten von der Planung bis zur Übergabe.
  • Betreuung von Kundenbeziehungen, Präsentation des Leistungsangebots und Akquisition von Zusatzaufträgen.
  • Steuerung der Projekte unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Umweltaspekten.
  • Erstellung von Offerten, Einsatz\- und Terminplänen sowie Zwischen\- und Schlussabrechnungen.
  • Verantwortung für Monatsabschlüsse, Abrechnungsgrad, Liquidität und die Koordination von Kundendienstaufträgen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine technische Grundbildung als Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Projektleiter:in oder in Ausbildung dazu.
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Teamfähige Persönlichkeit und offen für neue Entwicklungen.
  • Know\-How im Bereich PV\- und Smart\-Energie von Vorteil.
