The posting

Who is Eleos Health?

The people who deliver care in our communities and homes do some of the most important work in healthcare. But too often, theyʼre asked to spend their time navigating paperwork, administrative burden, and problems they only discover after something has already gone wrong.

Eleos exists to change that.

Weʼre building the system of action for community-based care - helping behavioral health, hospice, home health, and other care teams spend less time reacting to problems and more time focused on the people they serve.

Powered by our Polaris AI, Eleos works alongside clinicians and their teams to understand whatʼs happening across care in real time and take action before issues become problems, reducing administrative burden, protecting revenue and compliance, and giving care teams more time and capacity to deliver great care.

Our vision is a world where care teams can stay one step ahead, rather than constantly catching up. Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there.

Who is Eleos? Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it’s ourselves, our friends and family, or even public figures, taking care of behavioral health is no longer taboo—it’s vital, and it’s only human. At Eleos, we are on a mission to help deliver the world’s most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Simply put, we want to empower clinicians to do the essential work only they can do.

What is this opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Front- End Oriented) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development of user-centric, cutting-edge interfaces that empower clinicians and improve the effectiveness of behavioral health care. If you thrive in building complex, scalable, and beautiful frontend systems, this role is for you.

What are we looking for? You are a highly experienced frontend engineer with extensive expertise in React and modern frontend development practices. You have a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable user interfaces. You are passionate about UX/UI design and have the technical ability to bring those designs to life seamlessly.

How will you contribute?

  • Lead the design and development of complex frontend features and interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to create user-friendly solutions.
  • Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast and reliable applications.
  • Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.

Who are you?

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • Experience working with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and its ecosystem
  • Proven experience building a mature Chrome extension used in production by customers
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Chrome Extension APIs and the realities of MV3 (permissions, service workers, messaging, storage, alarms, scripting, declarativeNetRequest where relevant).
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and validate extension performance impact on external systems
  • Experience working on an extension in a multi-team development environment: Shared ownership, versioned APIs/contracts, coordinated releases backwards compatibility and safe rollout strategies.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript engineering fundamentals and “production instincts” (debuggability, reliability, defensive coding).
  • Team player with strong communication skills, egoless and transparent
  • Ability to take ownership and make an impact

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
