DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

O Estagiário de TI é o estudante em formação que apoia as rotinas operacionais e técnicas da área de Tecnologia da Informação, aprendendo na prática sobre suporte aos usuários, infraestrutura, sistemas e segurança da informação, sempre sob supervisão. O estágio tem caráter educacional, com foco no desenvolvimento de competências técnicas e comportamentais.

RESPONSABILIDADE

1. Apoiar o suporte técnico aos usuários, auxiliando na resolução de dúvidas e problemas relacionados a hardware, software e sistemas.

2. Auxiliar na instalação, configuração e manutenção preventiva de equipamentos, sistemas e softwares, sempre sob supervisão.

3. Apoiar o controle e a organização dos ativos de TI, bem como a abertura, registro e acompanhamento de chamados técnicos.

4. Auxiliar na administração básica de acessos, permissões e recursos tecnológicos da empresa, conforme procedimentos internos.

5. Apoiar o desenvolvimento, manutenção e documentação de sistemas internos, realizando ajustes simples, testes de funcionalidades e registro de melhorias, sempre acompanhado pelo responsável técnico.

6. Auxiliar na criação, revisão e manutenção de códigos, consultas em banco de dados e integrações entre sistemas, conforme orientação da equipe de desenvolvimento.

7. Apoiar iniciativas de automação de processos, desenvolvimento de soluções tecnológicas e participação em projetos da área de Tecnologia da Informação.

8. Participar das rotinas, reuniões técnicas e atividades de aprendizagem da equipe, contribuindo para seu desenvolvimento profissional e para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

  • Conhecimento básico em Git e GitHub.
  • Noções de versionamento de código.
  • Conhecimento básico em desenvolvimento web ou desktop.
