Somos uma distribuidora e varejista de peças e produtos de refrigeração, com 15 anos de mercado, 4 lojas físicas, centro de distribuição em Vitória/ES, e-commerce nacional e mais de 10.000 produtos de 150 marcas. Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) para cuidar da qualidade do nosso catálogo: cada produto com o nome certo, a ficha técnica correta e um texto que ajude o cliente a encontrar e comprar. É uma vaga estratégica, subordinada à área de Compras e diretamente ligada aos times Fiscal e de E-commerce, com possibilidade de efetivação.

O que você vai fazer

  • Cadastrar produtos novos no ERP, no site e nos marketplaces, a partir dos pedidos de compra
  • Pesquisar como o cliente busca cada produto (Google Search Console, autocompletar do Google e do Mercado Livre, Keyword Planner) para definir o melhor nome
  • Escrever descrições originais, do zero, sem copiar texto de fornecedor ou concorrente
  • Conferir dados técnicos em fichas e manuais de fabricantes: bitola, gás, voltagem, pressão, medidas e peso
  • Tratar fotos de produto no padrão do site, com fundo branco
  • Apoiar o cadastro fiscal dos produtos (NCM, origem, unidade), validando com o time fiscal
  • Acompanhar indicadores do catálogo e propor correções

O que buscamos

  • Cursando a partir do 3º período em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica ou Elétrica), Sistemas de Informação ou Administração
  • Excel no dia a dia: filtros, PROCV, SE e tabela dinâmica
  • Escrita clara e objetiva em português
  • Curiosidade técnica e atenção ao detalhe
  • Comunicação proativa com outras áreas
  • Autonomia para buscar respostas, validando cedo com o time.
  • Não exigimos experiência prévia
