A Eletrofrigor é especialista na revenda de peças, partes e suprimentos para manutenção de sistemas de refrigeração e climatização, desde a linha residencial até industrial, e grandes instalações como supermercados, hotéis e offshore. A Eletrofrigor distribui e revende refrigeração de 150+ marcas. Nosso time de TI é enxuto e constrói ferramentas e plataformas internas, que substituiu as planilhas e os processos manuais da empresa: CRM, painéis de vendas, central de tickets, tributos e integrações com o ERP, a Microsoft, meios de pagamento e bots de atendimento. Já temos o produto rodando e os usuários usando. Precisamos de alguém que aprenda rápido, resolva chamados e coloque a mão no código. Responsabilidades

  • Triagem de chamados: reproduzir o erro, reunir evidências e entregar o diagnóstico ou a correção
  • Consultas SQL no PostgreSQL e no ERP para relatórios, conferências e investigação de divergências
  • Correções e pequenas melhorias no frontend (React) e no backend (Java/Spring), com code review
  • Testes em homologação e acompanhamento da validação com as áreas
  • Manutenção dos guias de uso e da documentação técnica dos módulos
  • Acompanhamento de rotinas agendadas, integrações e deploys
  • Usar IA para acelerar o desenvolvimento e a investigação de problemas
  • Com o tempo, features pequenas de ponta a ponta, da migration até a tela

Requisitos

  • Cursando Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, ADS ou correlatas, a partir do 3º período
  • Lógica de programação e SQL
  • Noções de Java ou JavaScript
  • Git no básico: clone, branch, commit e push
  • Curiosidade técnica e abertura para uso de IA no trabalho
  • Perfil investigativo: pesquisa antes de perguntar e pergunta antes de supor
  • Boa escrita, à vontade para falar com usuários e documentar o que fez
  • Diferenciais: Spring Boot, React, Docker, Linux, contato com algum ERP ou projetos pessoais no GitHub
