Wij zijn geen klassieke IT-organisatie met strakke silo’s en uitgebreide procedures. Bij ons krijg je de kans om de IT-omgeving van KMO-klanten van A tot Z mee te beheren en te verbeteren, met de nodige autonomie.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je veel meer dan een helpdeskmedewerker:

  • Je behandelt complexere L2-supportvragen en incidenten
  • Je analyseert netwerk- en serverproblemen en lokaliseert snel de oorzaak
  • Je neemt ownership: van probleemstelling tot effectieve oplossing
  • Je werkt aan uiteenlopende IT-omgevingen bij KMO-klanten
  • Je wordt betrokken bij verbeteringen, optimalisaties en projecten
  • Je maakt afwegingen en keuzes op basis van je ervaring en inzicht

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een mature IT-professional die zelfstandig kan functioneren en verder denkt dan enkel de vraag die gesteld wordt.

  • Je hebt voldoende praktijkervaring om snel autonoom te werken
  • Je beschikt over een brede technische basis en sterke probleemoplossende skills
  • Je hebt een degelijke kennis van netwerken, o.a.:
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Firewallconcepten
  • VPN, VLANs, routing
  • Je kan storingen analyseren en herleiden tot de kern (netwerk, server, client, cloud)
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt initiatief
  • Je ziet opportuniteiten en denkt proactief mee met klanten
  • Je voelt je goed in een omgeving met ruimte voor eigen invulling en beperkte procedures

Aantal jaren ervaring is voor ons ondergeschikt aan attitude, inzicht en leergierigheid.
