The posting

As a Product Engineer at Elevate Semiconductor, you will work alongside experienced engineers to support the testing, validation, and characterization of high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. You will gain hands-on experience with semiconductor products, laboratory equipment, and engineering tools while contributing to product development and production readiness.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and learning new skills. You will collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Design, Test, and Applications teams, with opportunities to support different engineering activities as needed. Flexibility to work occasional extended hours during critical project milestones, including new silicon bring-up, is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Support bench testing, validation, and characterization of analog and mixed-signal ICs, including Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs).
  • Assist with developing test scripts and analyzing measurement data using MATLAB or similar tools.
  • Troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs), evaluation hardware, and electronic components.
  • Support product datasheets, test plans, characterization reports, and technical documentation.
  • Use circuit simulation tools such as LTspice or TINA to support circuit analysis and debugging.
  • Assist with statistical data analysis, bench-to-ATE correlation, and test efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Test, and Applications Engineering teams on silicon validation, hardware improvements, and product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience, including relevant internships, academic projects, or laboratory experience.
  • Familiarity with Python or MATLAB for data analysis, scripting, or test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with basic laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, or logic analyzers.
  • Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits, including Fourier analysis and sampling theory.
  • Interest in semiconductor product testing, silicon validation, automated test equipment (ATE), and hardware debugging.
  • Exposure to PCB design, circuit simulation, or tools such as Altium, LTspice, or TINA is a plus.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze test data using tools such as Excel, Python, or MATLAB.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during critical silicon validation and product development milestones.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. This salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
