Você atuará em um ambiente estruturado, com processos claros e abertura para melhorias contínuas, apoiando a gestão na tomada de decisão por meio de informações confiáveis.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar a gestão das rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber;
  • Controlar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa da empresa;
  • Elaborar, conferir e acompanhar relatórios financeiros;
  • Emitir notas fiscais, boletos e demais documentos financeiros;
  • Realizar conferências financeiras e administrativas das quatro unidades da empresa;
  • Acompanhar e controlar contratos, pagamentos e demais compromissos financeiros;
  • Apoiar os processos de compras, realizando controles e acompanhamentos quando necessário;
  • Organizar e controlar documentos administrativos e financeiros;
  • Realizar interface com a contabilidade terceirizada para envio de documentos fiscais, financeiros e trabalhistas e dar suporte às rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento das obrigações fiscais da empresa, conferindo informações antes do envio à contabilidade;
  • Acompanhar indicadores, controles internos e propor melhorias nos processos administrativos e financeiros;
  • Prestar suporte direto à diretoria, contribuindo para a organização e funcionamento da empresa;

Requisitos:

- Ensino Técnico ou Superior em Administração, Contabilidade, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas; - Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas e financeiras; - Conhecimento em contas a pagar, contas a receber, fluxo de caixa e emissão de notas fiscais; - Vivência com processos administrativos, financeiros e apoio ao Departamento Pessoal; - Facilidade para utilização de sistemas de gestão e pacote Office, principalmente Excel; - Experiência com conferência de documentos fiscais será considerada um diferencial.
