Main Duties/Responsibilities:

The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for the transportation of parts to and from other Dealerships and other automotive businesses. It is extremely important that as the Parts Driver you exercise extreme caution and obey all traffic laws while driving, as you are representing the dealership. While delivering parts, it is important to use your time effectively and use your best judgment when it comes to determining the order if which the deliveries are to be made. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Pick up and deliver parts to and from other dealerships and businesses
  • Effectively manage parts and ensure they are delivered promptly
  • Ensure that the parts vehicles have enough fuel
  • Use extreme caution and obey all traffic laws while driving
  • Assist in putting away the incoming parts
  • Assist in transporting parts to the body shop
  • Assist parts advisors as necessary
