Voor onze klant in Zaventem, een toonaangevend biofarmaceutisch bedrijf, zijn wij op zoek naar een deeltijdse receptionist(e).

In deze rol omvatten je verantwoordelijkheden onder andere:

  • Onthaal en verwelkoming van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers
  • Zorgen voor een aangename en verzorgde omgeving (onthaal, vergaderruimtes, lobbyruimte)
  • Coördineren van catering en facilitaire voorzieningen bij meetings of events
  • Beheer van inkomende & uitgaande post en pakketten
  • Beheer van inkomende calls
  • Signaleren van technische en facilitaire problemen
  • Uitvoerende administratieve taken

Uurrooster:

Je werkt op maandag, dinsdag en donderdag telkens van 8.30u tot 12.30u en op woensdag de ene week van 8u tot 16.30u en de week erna van 9.30u tot 18u telkens met een half uur middagpauze.

We zoeken een collega die over volgende eigenschappen beschikt:

  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en goede kennis Frans en Engels
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige onthaal-, hospitality- of klantenservicefunctie is een plus
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Klantgericht
  • Sterk in organisatie en multitasking
  • Proactief
  • Discreet en professioneel in omgang met informatie
  • Nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar
  • Teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
