Voor onze klant in Zaventem, een groot internationaal advies- en accountantskantoor, zijn wij op zoek naar een deeltijdse receptionist(e).

In deze rol omvatten je verantwoordelijkheden onder andere:

  • Onthaal en verwelkoming van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers
  • Beheer van bezoekersbadges
  • Begeleiden van bezoekers naar meeting rooms
  • Zorgen voor een aangename en verzorgde omgeving (onthaal, vergaderruimtes, lobbyruimte)
  • Coördineren van catering
  • Beheer van inkomende & uitgaande post en pakketten
  • Beheer van inkomende calls
  • Uitvoerende administratieve taken

Uurrooster:

Je werkt op woensdag in een wekelijks wisselend uurrooster:

week 1 van 8u tot 16.30u

week 2 van 9.30u tot 18u

telkens met een half uur middagpauze

We zoeken een collega die over volgende eigenschappen beschikt:

  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en goede kennis Frans en Engels
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Klantgericht, servicegericht en representatief
  • Sterk in organisatie en multitasking
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Discreet en professioneel in omgang met informatie
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Enthousiast en positief ingesteld
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar
  • Teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
