Voor onze klant - een grote aanbieder van mobiliteitsoplossingen - zijn we op zoek naar een inhouse project administrator.

Streef je graag commerciële targets na en krijg jij een kick van het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten? Dan is de functie van New Business Advisor echt iets voor jou!

Als New Business Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen prospectportfolio en sta je in nauw contact met jouw prospecten teneinde ze finaal om te zetten in nieuwe en tevreden klanten. Je speelt een commerciële en organisatorische rol; van het eerste contact tot het tekenen van het contract . Je houdt ervan om je commerciële skills aan het werk te zetten en je staat mee aan het roer om alles in goede banen te leiden en succes te boeken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

v Je volgt proactief je eigen prospectportfolio op en legt alles correct vast in de CRM tool om zo een goede opvolging te garanderen

v Je benadert actief potentiële klanten d.m.v. outbound bellen, gericht op bedrijven die nog geen klant zijn, met als doel nieuwe zakelijke kansen te creëren

v Je biedt kwalitatieve ondersteuning bij vragen van potentiële klant

v Je detecteert en benut commerciële opportuniteiten door nauw samen te werken met het salesteam en de juiste leads te identificeren via telefonische prospectie.

v Zodra de klant volledig is onboard, draag je deze aan één van onze Account Managers over zodat de volgende hot lead ook weer van jouw meerwaarde kan genieten

Jouw uurrooster:

Voltijds of 4/5 te presteren binnen de permanentie uren tussen 08h00 en 17h30 met 30’ middagpauze.

Bovenop de klassieke 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen + feestdagen, worden er 12 ADV dagen op jaarbasis voorzien.

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt voornamelijk van thuis uit of op kantoor in Zaventem. Om de verbinding met het team te behouden, kom je één keer per week of om de twee weken naar de locatie in Utrecht. Zo combineer je het comfort van thuiswerk met persoonlijk contact met je collega’s.

v Je belt en onderhandelt graag, geniet ervan om mensen te overtuigen en haalt voldoening uit het maken van nieuwe klanten - een eerste relevante ervaring is natuurlijk altijd een extra troef

v Je bent commercieel ingesteld en werkt resultaatgericht, een echte hunter.

v Jouw overtuigingskracht werkt zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels. Je spreekt Nederlands met een authentieke Nederlandse uitspraak, passend bij de klanten in Nederland.
