Perioperative Practitioner Cardiac Scrub | Theatre | Private Hospital | Southampton | Full-time Permanent
Spire Southampton is recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Perioperative Practitioner to join our high performing Theatre Team on a permanent Full-time basis. We will consider a qualified ODP or Scrub Nurse with experience in Cardiac scrub.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in scrubbing for consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism for Cardiac
- You will assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeing
- Provide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatre
Who we're looking for
- Qualified ODP/Scrub Nurse
- Surgical First Assistant desirable
- NMC or HCPC registered with no restrictions on your pin.
- At least 2 years scrub experience in cardiac
- Have been employed in a surgical/Theatre setting.
- You will be highly motivated and used to working in challenging but rewarding environment
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours on rota basis
