Working Pattern: Casual Hours | Mainly Evenings & Weekends Salary: £10.85 to £12.71 Per Hour | Dependent On Age  Job ID: 7991 What you'll be serving up… As a Casual Front of House Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for residents and visitors at Leaf & Bean, ExtraCare Stoke Gifford Village.

Deliver excellent customer service and create a friendly, welcoming environment Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation Support lunchtime café service and evening bar operations Operate the till and handle transactions accurately, following company procedures Ensure customer areas are clean, tidy, well presented and fully stocked Build positive relationships with residents and visitors Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience Follow Food Safety, Health & Safety and company procedures at all times Report any maintenance or safety concerns in line with procedures

A positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills Comfortable chatting with residents and making them feel welcome Plenty of character and a willingness to get involved wherever needed Reliable and flexible, with availability to work evenings and weekends A strong team player who enjoys working with others Kitchen experience would be an advantage, but is not essential No previous experience required, as full training will be provided
