Shape a positive, welcoming dining experience where our students can enjoy fresh, nutritious meals  Lead and inspire your talented team, creating a strong, supportive culture and high performing environment Take full ownership of the catering operation, ensuring a smooth, efficient service Drive standards across food quality, presentation and customer experience, making lunchtimes the highlight of the school day Manage stock, ordering and budgets effectively to keep the catering operation running efficiently and sustainably  Champion food safety, hygiene and compliance, ensuring a safe, organised and well-run environment

Proven experience in a Catering Manager or senior kitchen operation role Experience within an education setting is advantageous Excellent organisational, people management, and financial management abilities A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders Experience delivering hospitality services In-depth knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards Commercial experience with the ability to manage budgets, stock, and overall performance Experience managing multiple sites or contracts would be highly advantageous
