The posting

Receptionen är navet på hotellet och ansiktet utåt mot våra gäster. Det är här som både det första och sista intrycket skapas. I rollen ingår bland annat in- och utcheckning, hantering av telefonväxel, bokningar, administrativa uppgifter kopplade till den dagliga hotellverksamheten samt att ge våra gäster service i världsklass.

En viktig del av arbetet är också att aktivt identifiera gästernas behov och skapa mervärde genom att rekommendera våra produkter och tjänster, såsom rumsuppgraderingar, tidig incheckning, sen utcheckning, restaurangbesök och andra erbjudanden som bidrar till en ännu bättre gästupplevelse.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som brinner för service och som trivs i mötet med människor. Du är positiv, engagerad och ansvarstagande, med en naturlig förmåga att få gäster att känna sig välkomna och omhändertagna. Du är prestigelös och hjälper gärna till där det behövs samtidigt som du har förmågan att arbeta självständigt och fatta egna beslut när situationen kräver det.

Du har ett affärsmässigt tänk och ser merförsäljning som en naturlig del av god service. Du tycker om att skapa mervärde för gästen och bidrar aktivt till hotellets resultat genom att rekommendera relevanta produkter och tjänster.

Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Erfarenhet från hotell, reception, serviceyrken eller arbete i hotellbokningssystem är meriterande, men vi värdesätter rätt inställning och personlighet minst lika högt.

Arbetstid

Arbetstiderna är varierande och arbetspass kan förekomma under dygnets alla timmar, samtliga veckodagar samt högtider. Det är därför viktigt att du är flexibel och kan anpassa dig till verksamhetens behov, ibland även med kort varsel.
