Till Elite Eden Park Hotell söker vi nu en extra receptionist som vill bli en del av vårt härliga team.

På Elite tror vi mycket på potential och värdesätter rätt attityd och vilja högt, men en viss erfarenhetsgrund att utgå ifrån är nödvändig i denna roll då du snabbt kommer få mycket eget ansvar. Vi ser därför gärna att du har minst ett års erfarenhet av arbete i reception där du har arbetat med in- och utcheckning, hantering av telefonväxel, kassa och bokningar. Hos oss kommer du även arbeta med allmän conciergeservice och vi förväntar oss att du med ditt öga för detaljer och kvalitet bidrar till att hålla lobby och receptionsområde i bästa skick. Att aktivt arbeta med merförsäljning och se det som en service till våra gäster är en självklarhet för oss.

För att vårt hotell ska vara en högklassig upplevelse för våra gäster, måste samarbetet mellan alla avdelningar fungerar väl. Därför är det viktigt att du är en naturlig lagspelare som är ansvarstagande, strukturerad, initiativtagande, arbetar effektivt och med enkelhet hanterar ett högt tempo. Hos oss är tempot högt så vi ser gärna att du är van att ha ”många bollar i luften” utan att för den skull minska på kvalitet eller ditt goda humör. Vidare har du god förmåga att kunna prioritera även under stressiga arbetsförhållanden. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift är en förutsättning, ytterligare språk är meriterade.

Vi söker ett genuint serviceproffs som har en outtröttlig förmåga att bemöta varje gäst lika professionellt och varmt, som behåller fokus och glädjen även under högt tempo och som vet hur man är personlig utan att bli privat med gästen.

För att bli framgångsrik i rollen som receptionist hos oss vill vi att du är nyfiken, modig och engagerad i ditt arbete och skapar goda relationer med kollegorna på de andra avdelningarna. Receptionen har en viktig roll i att vara en spindel i nätet i att säkerställa ett fint flöde mellan avdelningarna och skapa en sammansatt högklassig gästupplevelse.
