Vi på Elite Stora Hotellet i Jönköping söker en duktig och flexibel kock som kan hoppa in och stärka vårt köksteam vid behov. Du kommer att arbeta i en dynamisk och kreativ miljö där kvalitet, smak och service står i fokus.

Vi söker en skicklig och ambitiös kock till vår brittiskinspirerade pub på hotellet. Här serverar vi klassiska rätter med en modern twist, alltid med fokus på kvalitet och säsongens bästa råvaror.

Om tjänsten:

  • Förberedning och tillagning av rätter enligt meny och säsong
  • Bidra till utveckling av nya rätter och menyer
  • Säkerställa hög kvalitet och smak i varje servering
  • Arbeta enligt gällande hygien- och säkerhetsföreskrifter
  • Samarbeta nära med köksmästare och övriga kockar
  • Bidra till en positiv och effektiv arbetsmiljö

Vi söker dig som:

  • Är flexibel och kan arbeta både dagar, kvällar och helger
  • Trivs i ett högt tempo och är van vid att hantera stress
  • Har tre års erfarenhet av att arbeta som kock, gärna i en pub- eller gastropubmiljö
  • Brinner för matlagning och har ett öga för detaljer
  • Har god kunskap om klassiska brittiska rätter och tekniker
  • Är kreativ och trivs med att utveckla nya smaker och presentationer
  • Är van vid ett högt arbetstempo och kan hantera stress på ett professionellt sätt
  • Är en lagspelare som bidrar till god stämning i köket
  • Pratar svenska eller mycket god engelska
  • Har goda kunskaper i livsmedelshygien och HACCP
