Vill du vara med och forma framtidens gästupplevelse? Vi söker en engagerad och driven Shiftleader som tillsammans med vår receptionschef vill leda, driva och utveckla vår reception till nya höjder.

Som Shiftleader hos oss spelar du en nyckelroll i den dagliga driften. Du är ansiktet utåt för våra gäster och en trygg stöttepelare för vårt receptionsteam. I den här rollen arbetar du operativt i driften, samtidigt som du har ett administrativt och strategiskt ansvar. Du fungerar som receptionschefens högra hand och är djupt involverad i att utveckla våra rutiner, höja servicenivån och skapa en arbetsplats där personalen trivs och utvecklas.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Driva och utveckla: Du arbetar aktivt tillsammans med receptionschefen för att utveckla receptionens koncept, arbetsmetoder och gästservice.
  • Personal och schema: Du har ett övergripande ansvar för personalplanering, vilket inkluderar schemaläggning, hantering av ledighetsansökningar och daglig resursfördelning.
  • Operativt ledarskap: Du leder det dagliga arbetet under dina skift, coachar medarbetarna och säkerställer att våra höga kvalitets- och servicemål nås.

Vem är du?

För att trivas i rollen är du en naturlig ledare som sprider positiv energi, även när tempot är högt. Du älskar struktur och logistik (vilket gör schemaläggningen till en rolig utmaning), men tappar aldrig det personliga mötet med gästen.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete i en hotellreception, gärna i en ledande eller ansvarsfull roll.
  • Goda administrativa färdigheter och erfarenhet av (eller ett stort intresse för) schemaläggning och personalplanering.
  • Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

· Du är flexibel, stresstålig, brinner för god service, är ansvarsfull och jobbar för höga kvalitetsmål samt alltid ger ett glatt och positivt intryck. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från liknande utmaningar sedan tidigare. Ett plus är om du har kunskaper i systemet Infor, HMS eller andra hotellbokningssystem.
