Elite Hotel Frost är vårt senaste tillskott i Elite-familjen som öppnade 11 maj – ett hotell som kombinerar lyx, komfort och norrländsk charm. Här får du möjligheten att vara med och sätta din prägel på både hotellet och gästupplevelsen.

Om rollen Som receptionist/spavärd är du hotellets ansikte utåt och spelar en central roll i att välkomna och hjälpa våra gäster. Du kommer att arbeta varierade tider – dag, kväll och helg – och rapportera direkt till vår receptionschef Fia eller spachef Ebba.

Arbetsuppgifter i receptionen inkluderar:

  • In- och utcheckning av gäster.
  • Hantering av bokningar och betalningar.
  • Ge personlig service och information om hotellet och Kiruna.
  • Samarbeta med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa en smidig drift.
  • Bidra till att våra gäster får en serviceupplevelse i toppklass.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet av service eller reception/spa (meriterande, men inget krav).
  • Har god datorvana och är bekväm med att lära dig nya system.
  • Är en positiv och flexibel lagspelare som älskar att möta människor.
  • Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska. Ytterligare språk är ett plus.
  • Trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team.
