Job Description

We are looking for an RPA Consultant with hands-on experience in automation development, business process analysis, and system integration. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions while exploring opportunities to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, or similar RPA platforms.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical workflows and automation solutions.

Integrate automation workflows with applications, APIs, and databases to improve operational efficiency.

Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and test cases to support implementation and maintenance.

Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support for existing automation solutions.

Monitor automation performance, implement enhancements, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable automation solutions.

Explore opportunities to incorporate AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation capabilities where appropriate.

Follow established software development practices and incident, problem, and change management processes.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using Power Automate, UiPath, or similar automation platforms.

Understanding of automation lifecycle, process analysis, and software development practices.

Experience with REST APIs, web services, databases, or application integration.

Exposure to Python, C#, .NET, or scripting for automation is an advantage.

Familiarity with AI-driven automation, LLM concepts, or prompt engineering is beneficial.

Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing or document automation solutions is an added advantage.

Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
