Atender clientes de forma personalizada, identificar suas necessidades visuais e oferecer soluções em produtos ópticos, como armações, lentes e acessórios, garantindo a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, além de contribuir para o alcance das metas da loja.

  • Recepcionar e atender os clientes com cordialidade e atenção;
  • Identificar necessidades visuais e orientar sobre os produtos mais adequados, como lentes e armações;
  • Apresentar os diferenciais de cada produto, como características das lentes, materiais e designs das armações;
  • Auxiliar na escolha de armações que combinem com o estilo e as preferências do cliente;
  • Realizar o fechamento de vendas, emitir pedidos e acompanhar o status dos produtos encomendados;
  • Garantir o registro correto das vendas no sistema da loja;
  • Manter a organização e a limpeza do espaço de vendas e dos expositores;
  • Auxiliar na reposição, organização e contagem de produtos no estoque;
  • Acompanhar a satisfação dos clientes após a compra e prestar suporte em eventuais dúvidas ou ajustes necessários;
  • Participar de ações de fidelização e campanhas promocionais;
