Du willst Operations nicht nur lernen, sondern führen? In unserem Traineeprogramm entwickeln wir dich gezielt zur Führungskraft. Du trägst echte Verantwortung von Tag 1. In unserem neuen Lager in Georgsmarienhütte bauen wir gerade einen Standort auf, und du baust mit: Prozesse, Team und Kennzahlen. Hier lernst du Logistik dort, wo sie passiert, und nicht aus der Theorie.

Quereinstieg möglich: Du kommst nicht aus der Logistik, hast aber Studium oder Ausbildung abgeschlossen und willst führen? Dann bewirb dich trotzdem. Entscheidend sind für uns Haltung, Lernbereitschaft und analytisches Denken.

Die eLogix GmbH ist Fulfillment- und Logistikdienstleister für Onlinehändler. Für D2C-Marken und Amazon-Seller übernehmen wir die komplette Kette: Import, Transport, Lagerung, Kommissionierung und Versand. Wir steuern unsere Abläufe datenbasiert und entwickeln unsere Software im eigenen Haus. Unser Anspruch: Logistik, die digital denkt. Wir wachsen schnell und brauchen Menschen, die mit uns wachsen und Verantwortung übernehmen wollen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du durchläufst alle operativen Bereiche: Wareneingang, Picking, Packing, Versand und Retoure
  • Du übernimmst erste Führungsaufgaben und eigene Projekte
  • Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit der Standortleitung an Prozessen, KPIs und Optimierungen
  • Du analysierst Abläufe, deckst Engpässe auf und setzt Verbesserungen um
  • Du unterstützt bei Schichtplanung, Personaleinsatz und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Du entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt Richtung Teamlead / Operations Manager

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Logistik- oder BWL-Bezug
  • Du hast Lust auf Verantwortung, Führung und operatives Tempo
  • Du denkst analytisch, packst gerne mit an und hast Teamgeist
  • Du bist bereit, an einem neuen Standort mitzubauen
  • Du hast Spaß an Zahlen und gehst sicher mit Excel oder anderen Tools um
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch, Englisch ist ein Plus

  • Programmdauer: 24 Monate. Du durchläufst in Rotation alle operativen Bereiche. Regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche und feste Meilensteine zeigen dir, wo du stehst.

Deine Perspektive bei uns

Das Traineeprogramm ist kein Selbstzweck. Es führt dich direkt in Führungsverantwortung. Nach dem Programm übernimmst du eine Rolle als Teamlead oder Junior Operations Manager. Wenn wir weiterwachsen, kannst du dich zum Operations Manager oder in die Standortleitung entwickeln, auch an neuen Standorten.
