Buscamos um(a) Mecânico(a) de Manutenção de Frota para atuar na manutenção preventiva e corretiva de caminhões, cavalos mecânicos e implementos rodoviários, contribuindo para a segurança, a conservação e a disponibilidade da nossa frota.

🎯 Missão do Cargo

Executar serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em veículos pesados e implementos rodoviários, garantindo condições adequadas de funcionamento, segurança e conservação da frota, contribuindo para a disponibilidade dos veículos e a continuidade das operações.

🧩 Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em caminhões, cavalos mecânicos e carretas;
  • Executar reparos nos sistemas de freios, suspensão e pneumática;
  • Realizar manutenção de cubos, rolamentos, eixos, bolsas de ar, lonas, tambores, cuícas e válvulas;
  • Identificar e corrigir vazamentos e falhas nos sistemas pneumáticos;
  • Efetuar trocas de óleos, filtros e demais componentes relacionados à manutenção preventiva;
  • Inspecionar e realizar manutenções em quinta roda, pino-rei, travas e demais componentes de acoplamento;
  • Executar reparos em componentes de implementos rodoviários;
  • Diagnosticar falhas mecânicas, identificar a necessidade de substituição de peças e realizar os reparos necessários;
  • Realizar pequenos reparos estruturais e serviços de solda, quando necessário;
  • Preencher ordens de serviço, registrando as atividades executadas e as intervenções realizadas nos veículos;
  • Contribuir para a conservação da frota e para o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança e qualidade da manutenção.

🎓 Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Vivência com manutenção de veículos pesados;
  • Conhecimento em mecânica de caminhões, sistemas de freios, suspensão e pneumática;
  • Experiência com manutenção preventiva e corretiva de caminhões e/ou carretas.
