* Erstellung und Pflege von Produktionsunterlagen und Stammdaten

* Durchführung von Designprüfungen und Sicherstellung der technischen Machbarkeit

* Vor\- und Nachkalkulationen sowie Mitwirkung bei Kostenanalysen und Optimierungen

* Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit: Projektmanagement, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Produktion und Lieferanten

* Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten

* Initialisierung und Begleitung von Prototypen bis zur Serienfertigung

* Verantwortlich für die Produktionsüberführung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen (unter anderem Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen, Montage)

* Identifikation und Implementierung von Optimierungsmassnahmen zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität und Effizienz

* Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der mechanischen Fertigung, vorzugsweise in der Medizinaltechnik

* Selbstständige, exakte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise «Hands\-on\-Mentalität»

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute Kenntnisse in ERP\-Systemen und MS Office
