* Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte bei HR\-Fragen im Alltag, in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden und bei individuellen Situationen

* Du bist als HR\-Ansprechperson nah an unseren Teams an beiden Standorten und gehst auf ihre spezifischen Bedürfnisse ein

* Du begleitest den gesamten Employee Lifecycle \- von der Rekrutierung und dem Onboarding über die Weiterentwicklung und das Performance Management bis zum Austritt

* Du koordinierst den Einsatz von Temporärmitarbeitenden in der Produktion in Zusammenarbeit mit Personaldienstleistern und den operativen Verantwortlichen

* Du unterstützt Performance\- und Talententwicklungsprozesse sowie organisatorische Veränderungen

* Du bringst dich in HR\-Projekte ein, treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran und unterstützt die Harmonisierung der HR\-Prozesse zwischen unseren Standorten

* Du arbeitest eng mit dem HR\-Team und den lokalen Ansprechpartnern zusammen, um einheitliche und effiziente HR\-Praktiken sicherzustellen

Das bringst du mit:

* Erfahrung im HR\-Generalistenbereich oder als HR Business Partner, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld

* Eine Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Personalwesen oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation

* Eine pragmatische, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern, ausgeprägten Teamgeist und starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten

* Eine offene und positive Einstellung sowie die Bereitschaft, Wissen zu teilen, sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen und gemeinsam Lösungen zu finden

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse; Englisch ist ein Plus

* Einen sicheren Umgang mit IT\-Tools und HR\-Systemen
