Responsável por garantir que a I.A. responda com os mesmos números que a Alta Gestão já conhece e confia. Apoia a construção e os ajustes do Data Lake no Microsoft Fabric, com foco na camada gold e nos modelos semânticos, valida as respostas dos agentes de I.A. contra as fontes oficiais (ERP, relatórios gerenciais e painéis de Power BI) e traduz as perguntas do negócio em métricas bem definidas, documentadas e padronizadas, assegurando uma versão única dos números para toda a companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTraduzir as perguntas das áreas de negócio em métricas e indicadores bem definidos, com regras de cálculo, filtros, granularidade e fontes documentadas;Construir e manter o dicionário de métricas corporativo, assegurando uma definição única para cada indicador utilizado pela Alta Gestão;Apoiar a construção e os ajustes do Data Lake no Microsoft Fabric, com foco na camada gold e nos modelos semânticos que alimentam relatórios e agentes de I.A;Validar as respostas dos agentes de I.A. contra as fontes oficiais (ERP, relatórios e painéis de Power BI), tratando as divergências com as equipes de I.A. e de Dados;Elaborar e manter bases de perguntas de referência com as respostas esperadas, usadas nos testes de qualidade a cada nova versão dos agentes;Conciliar os números entre ERP, Data Lake e relatórios, investigando diferenças e garantindo a consistência das informações apresentadas à Alta Gestão;Desenvolver e evoluir modelos de dados, medidas em DAX e painéis no Power BI, com desempenho, usabilidade e aderência às métricas oficiais;Atuar junto aos usuários chave para levantar requisitos, validar entregas e apoiar a adoção das soluções analíticas e de I.A;Documentar regras de negócio, métricas e validações, garantindo a rastreabilidade de cada número, e atuar como referência técnica em B.I., orientando a equipe;Assegurar conformidade com normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente no desenvolvimento das atividades, garantindo que os procedimentos estejam alinhados às regulamentações vigentes;Atuar conforme os valores e diretrizes da empresa, mantendo a confidencialidade das informações e garantindo a integridade dos dados;Executar as atividades da função respeitando todas as normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente do trabalho, utilizando EPIs obrigatórios e reportando eventuais riscos ao superior imediato;Exercer as atividades em conformidade com as políticas, diretrizes e procedimentos da empresa, focando no atingimento das metas organizacionais e protegendo informações sensíveis;Manter a disciplina no programa 5S, assegurando organização, padronização e limpeza no ambiente de trabalho, por meio de auditorias internas e externas do setor;Zelar pelas propriedades da empresa, informando ao superior imediato qualquer problema ou avaria detectada, garantindo a integridade dos ativos sob sua responsabilidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Desejável experiência na área.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde, assistência odontológica, vale alimentação, vale refeição, vale transporte, WellHub, Edupass e PPR.
