ELPL BV is een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in elektrotechnische installaties en projecten. Om onze commerciële activiteiten verder uit te breiden, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde B2B-accountmanager.

Jouw taken

  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe B2B-klanten aantrekken via telefonische acquisitie (cold calling) en e-mail.
  • Potentiële klanten identificeren en nieuwe zakelijke opportuniteiten ontwikkelen.
  • Onze diensten voorstellen aan potentiële klanten.
  • Zelfstandig commerciële gesprekken en onderhandelingen voeren.
  • Offertes opvolgen en verkooptrajecten succesvol afronden.
  • Een eigen klantenportefeuille opbouwen, beheren en verder ontwikkelen.
  • Langdurige professionele relaties met klanten onderhouden.

Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde en communicatief sterke salesmedewerker die:

  • Vlot en professioneel communiceert met potentiële klanten.
  • Bereid is om actief nieuwe klanten te benaderen via koude telefonische acquisitie en e-mail.
  • Zelfstandig klantrelaties kan opbouwen, onderhandelingen voeren en verkoopdeals afsluiten.
  • Commercieel ingesteld, resultaatgericht en overtuigend is.
  • Zelfstandig en gestructureerd kan werken.
  • Gemotiveerd is om bij te leren en zich verder te ontwikkelen in sales.

Ervaring in verkoop is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie, initiatief en doorzettingsvermogen zijn voor ons belangrijker.

Talenkennis:

Een goede beheersing van minstens één van de volgende talen is vereist: Nederlands of Engels. Kennis van beide talen is een sterke troef. Kennis van het Russisch is een bijkomend pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
