Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive total compensation package that features a starting base salary of $225,000 annually, complemented by an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend. Comprehensive benefits package including, providing new employees with 30 days paid time off and 9 paid holidays in their first year of employment, which continues to increase with tenure With a HPSA score of 21 you may qualify for various programs offering up to $250,000 in loan forgiveness over 6 years. Federal Tort Malpractice and Tail End Coverage Paid license and DEA CME funds and time-off package Work life balance through flexible and alternative work schedules Benefit from AI scribes, Epic Superuser support and Dragon Speak dictation devices

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
