Wil jij werken bij H.Essers ials magazijnier in de nacht, maar heb je nog geen ervaring? Geen enkel probleem! Via de H.Essers Academy leert onze klant je via een combinatie van theorie en praktijk alle kneepjes van het vak.

Als vaste nachtmedewerker (22:00 - 06:00 uur) ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het magazijn. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat alle goederen tijdig, correct en schadevrij klaarstaan voor transport naar klanten wereldwijd.

Onze AI-agent gaat je contacteren via WhatsApp om je een aantal vragen te stellen om na te gaan of je aan de minimumvoorwaarden van de job voldoet. Onze consulent zal altijd je sollicitatie beoordelen en bepalen wat de volgende stappen zijn. Om succesvol te starten als magazijnmedewerker herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je kiest bewust voor een vast uurrooster in de nachtploeg van 22u tot 6u.
  • Je bent bereid om de eerste week een betaalde dagopleiding van 8u tot 16u te volgen.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands voor een veilige communicatie op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt de fysieke kracht om lasten van 25 tot 30 kilo te verwerken en werkt graag op hoogte.
  • Je beschikt over eigen transport om zelfstandig in Genk te geraken.

Met een actieve aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan het logistieke succes door de volgende taken uit te voeren:

  • Je verzamelt orders nauwkeurig met behulp van handscanners en moderne pick-systemen.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt voor de juiste verpakking van de goederen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens, waarbij je af en toe de heftruck bedient.
  • Je waarborgt een veilige en geordende werkomgeving in het magazijn.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende goederenstromen efficient in het systeem.
