- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and AI-assisted development, including their impact on quality, delivery speed, maintainability, and developer effectiveness.

- Ability to quickly comprehend new technologies and translate them into workable tools and processes.

- Demonstrated ability to implement technical direction and standards across one or more product lines and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations for engineering leadership.

- Strong working knowledge of architectural design and governance practices.

- Experience delivering complex projects and working directly with customers or internal stakeholders.

- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools, and their impact on quality, speed, and maintainability.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
