The posting

Você será responsável por analisar e implementar melhorias nos processos e parametrizações do sistema, desenvolver soluções customizadas em parceria com analistas e usuários, garantir a compatibilidade das customizações com as atualizações do ERP, além de documentar e gerenciar os fontes com boas práticas de versionamento. Também atuará no suporte aos usuários, levantamento de requisitos, mapeamento de processos e apoio em implantações de novos módulos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar no suporte técnico e funcional, atendendo usuários internos e apoiando na resolução de incidentes, dúvidas e melhorias.
  • Ser referência no suporte aos usuários, atuando como agente multiplicador de conhecimento sobre o Protheus.
  • Analisar, controlar e executar atividades relacionadas à manutenção, parametrização e customização do sistema.
  • Compreender as necessidades das áreas usuárias, propondo melhorias nos processos e nas parametrizações sistêmicas.
  • Apoiar o levantamento de requisitos, análise de regras de negócio e elaboração de especificações funcionais e técnicas.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar soluções para demandas estratégicas não atendidas pelo produto padrão, em parceria com analistas e usuários-chave.
  • Apoiar implantações de novos módulos, aplicação de patches, testes e documentação técnica/funcional.
  • Documentar processos, parametrizações, fontes e melhorias conforme os padrões estabelecidos pela área de Sistemas.
  • Atuar no mapeamento de processos e na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, contribuindo para ganhos de eficiência e qualidade operacional.

Escolaridade:

  • Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou similares

Competências Técnicas:

  • Experiência sólida com suporte ao TOTVS Protheus.
  • Conhecimento profundo nos principais módulos de backoffice, como: Faturamento Compras Fiscal Financeiro Contabilidade Estoque e Custos
  • Vivência com os módulos de Importação (EIC) e Exportação (EEC).
  • Experiência com análise de processos, levantamento de requisitos e suporte aos usuários.
  • Conhecimento em ADVPL e TL++ para customizações e desenvolvimento é um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento da arquitetura do Protheus.
  • Experiência com integrações via Webservices (SOAP/REST) e APIs.
  • Conhecimento em SQL Server, com foco em consultas e otimização.

Diferenciais Desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento na plataforma FLUIG.
  • Vivência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de versionamento de código, como Git.
  • Experiência em ambientes com alta demanda de sustentação e evolução contínua do ERP.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime híbrido, sendo 3 dias presenciais em Valinhos - SP
