Description des tâches:VOTRE MISSIONEn tant que Technicien(ne) Service AV/IT, vous serez responsable du support technique, du service et de la maintenance des systèmes AV/IT professionnels installés sur les sites de nos clients.Vous travaillerez directement avec les clients et en collaboration avec nos équipes techniques afin de diagnostiquer les problèmes, d'effectuer les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective et de garantir la fiabilité et le bon fonctionnement des systèmes.VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIENEffectuer la maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes AV/IT professionnels.Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels, logiciels et de connectivité.Dépanner les systèmes de vidéoprojection, écrans, murs vidéo, systèmes audio, visioconférence, affichage numérique et contrôle de salles.Configurer et tester les équipements AV/IT ainsi que les logiciels applicatifs.Réaliser le câblage structuré, le raccordement des équipements et les extensions de systèmes.Effectuer le remplacement, le réglage et les interventions techniques sur les équipements.Tester les systèmes après les interventions et vérifier leur bon fonctionnement.Rédiger les rapports d'intervention, fiches de service et documents techniques.Coordonner avec l'équipe Customer Service concernant les demandes d'intervention et tickets en cours.Assurer un support technique et apporter des conseils aux clients.Communiquer clairement aux clients les problèmes techniques identifiés et les solutions recommandées.Recommander, lorsque nécessaire, les solutions, équipements ou pièces de rechange appropriés.Identifier les problèmes techniques récurrents et les communiquer aux équipes concernées.Se déplacer sur les sites clients au Luxembourg et en Belgique.Contraintes: Extrait de casier judiciaire exigé en cas d'embaucheÉtudes:Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires techniques (Bac)Métier / domaine de formation: Technician AV/ITAutres compétences:Expérience en installation ou maintenance de systèmes AV professionnels.Expérience des systèmes de visioconférence et de collaboration.Expérience des systèmes AV sur IP et des équipements connectés aux réseaux.Expérience avec Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Bosch, QSC, Logitech, Leyard, Samsung, Shure, Biamp ou des technologies similaires.Expérience des systèmes de contrôle AV.Expérience en câblage structuré et en dépannage réseau.Certification AVIXA CTS ou certifications spécifiques aux fabricants.La connaissance du français et/ou de l'allemand constitue un atout.Expérience préalable dans un rôle technique en contact avec les clients.
