✨ La tua missione Sei una persona precisa, con la testa sulle spalle e voglia di capire davvero come funziona un'azienda in crescita? Come Finance & Administration Intern, entrerai nel team Operations e avrai un ruolo concreto e non da spettatore. Ti occuperai di cose reali, con impatto reale:

  • Emissione e gestione delle fatture — attive e passive, con attenzione ai dettagli e alle scadenze
  • Monitoraggio degli incassi e riconciliazione dei flussi finanziari
  • Recupero crediti e gestione delle insolvenze — contatto diretto con i clienti per risolvere situazioni critiche
  • Relazione con i clienti su tematiche amministrative e finanziarie, con un approccio professionale e orientato alla soluzione
  • Supporto alla documentazione per progetti di Ricerca & Sviluppo
  • Ottimizzazione di processi operativi in collaborazione con i team interni e le altre società del Gruppo

🙋 Il tuo profilo

  • Studi in corso o completati in Economia, Management o Ingegneria Gestionale
  • Precisione, organizzazione e buona padronanza di Excel/Google Sheets
  • Capacità di gestire priorità e scadenze senza perderti
  • Ottime doti comunicative — sai come parlare con un cliente anche in situazioni delicate
  • Autonomia e mentalità imprenditoriale: non aspetti che ti dicano cosa fare
