Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Projekt-Ownership: Du verantwortest Timings, Budgets und Abstimmungen und hast den Drive, Dinge aktiv voranzubringen – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Outcomes. Du führst Workshops und schärfst Anforderungen.
  • Dein Vertriebsauftrag: Du entwickelst unsere Kunden weiter, indem du Potenziale für weitere AI-Projekte identifizierst. Rebuy und Upselling ist der Kern deiner Rolle, den du aktiv mit dem Sales- und Produktteam vorantreibst.
  • Ständiges Stakeholder Management: Du berätst unsere Kunden auf Augenhöhe (vom eluna-Manager bis zur CTO). Du bist das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen Tech & Business und sorgst für klare Kommunikation in alle Richtungen.
  • Führungsrolle & Bindeglied: Als Bindeglied zwischen Tech & Business arbeitest du eng mit unseren Entwickler:innen und Freelancern zusammen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, Richtung zu geben, nicht nur Rückmeldung. Du bist proaktiv, denkst mit und willst wirklich gestalten.

Dein Profil

  • Kommerzielle Ownership & Strategisches Denken: Du bringst Erfahrung in der Beratung und Projektleitung mit direktem Kundenkontakt mit. Dein Ziel ist die aktive Kundenentwicklung und der Aufbau von Beziehungen als Grundlage für weiteres Geschäft.
  • Souveränes Stakeholder Management & Verkauf: Du bist kommunikationsstark, kannst Beziehungen aufbauen und Gespräche souverän steuern. Du überzeugst Entscheider:innen mit Klarheit und Struktur und siehst den Verkauf als Mehrwert-Gestaltung für unsere Kund:innen.
  • Agilität & Lösungs-Ownership: Du lebst Eigenverantwortung und bringst Struktur in dynamische Projekte. Du priorisierst selbstständig und hast den Drive, Dinge zu gestalten und dafür zu sorgen, dass Teams liefern können.
  • Technisches Schnittstellen-Verständnis: Dein Background liegt in Tech-Projekten. Du verstehst Grundkonzepte rund um KI-Technologien (LLMs, Automatisierung) und übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen für technische Teams und Kund:innen.
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung mit AI-Plattformen, LLM-Anwendungen oder Vibe Coding Erfahrung mit Tools wie Cursor oder Windsurf ist ein Plus aber kein Muss.
