Zur Verstärkung unseres Service Desk Teams suchen wir ab November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine initiative und fachkompetente Gastgeberpersönlichkeit.

Front Office Mitarbeiter w/m/d 60 - 100%

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position ist die kompetente und aufmerksame Gästebetreuung deine Hauptaufgabe. Neben Check-in/-out unserer internationalen Gäste, Concierge Tätigkeiten und Reservationsmanagement, gehört die interne und externe Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Kanälen zu deinen weiteren Aufgaben.

Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert und charmant im Umgang mit Gästen unterschiedlichster Kulturkreise, stilsicher in deutscher sowie englischer Kommunikation. Eine kaufmännische Grundbildung und Erfahrung in der Hotellerie sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend. Du möchtest deinen Horizont erweitern und deine Fähigkeiten in unser Team einfliessen lassen, dann solltest du dich bei uns melden.
